Drifters MCIt's the ride, not the destination!

  DRIFTER CHRISTMAS DAY DINNER  (not to be confused with our Christmas Party on Dec 14th) Drifters really enjoyed the Thanksgiving Day Dinner at the Black Bear Diner!  So much so that by popular demand we plan to do Christmas Day Dinner too! We have made reservations for twenty Drifters to celebrate Christmas Day together at the Bear. If you want to attend, RSVP to Mike at 435 669 2063 and he'll sign you up. Please let Mike know as soon as you can so we can adjust the seating up or down so we get things right. Remember, that's Wednessday, December 25th at 3:00 P.M. CHRISTMAS DAY!!!!!!!!!!  Black Bear Diner at Washington Parkway, off  I15 Exit 13. DON'T WORRY! You'll have plenty of time Christmas morning to have her open the diamond jewelry gift you got her and for you to open your socks and underwear present she got you!!! Hi Drifters, Come join us for breakfast every Friday at 9:30am for some good food and great conversations.  If the weather is nice we will have an impromptu ride after breakfast.  Destination determined by attendees.  See you there!

Due to the COVID-19 virus, Zion Harley Davidson has suspended it's Saturday Burger Dog lunch, however the Drifters will still meet there at 9:30 for a ride.  Please being a sack lunch and a drink and we will stop at a park or other open venue and eat lunch together while still maintaining our social distancing.  See PS below for more info.... Destination will be determined by those that show up.  See you there! PS ....It is suggested that you bring latex gloves to put on when you are gassing up at the pump. At least wash your hands afterwards or use hand sanitizer (where did you get that?) Don’t wear your riding gloves while you gas as you can transfer cooties to your hands when you remove them and then to your face later. Remember, stay six feet apart and no handshaking. Elbow bumps only etc. etc. etc. :(    

Mike Roe has made reservations for the Drifters Annual New Years ride and lunch at Los Lupes Mexican Restaurant in Mesquite!   This will be a rain or shine event.  If you can't ride, be sure to drive!  We always have a great turnout on New Years Day.   We'll meet at Terrible's Gas Station, I-15, Exit 2.  Kick stands up at 11:30 am sharp!  Mike will be the ride leader.   See you there!

DRIFTER CRUISE TO THE MESQUITE CAR SHOW 2020Come join the Drifters for a cruise down to Mesquite for the Mesquite Car Show!!!!!!! RIde your sled or cruise in your short!!!!!!!!!This is about the biggest, baddest,car show in our area every year.  See cars from all over the southwest, not just the usual regulars we see at the car shows in our local area. DRIFTERS M/C ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING AND POTLUCK DINNER 2020:   This year our meeting will be on Saturday, January 25th at 4:30p.  Location is Mike's man cave in Sky Mountain.  Address is:  840 N. Sky Mountain, Hurricane, USA.  Please RSVP to Lynne for Potluck items. If you have a table and/or chairs that you can bring, please let Mike know as we will need additional seating.  The Club will provide water and sodas as well as plates, napkins, cups and utensils.  BYOB if you like.  Besides the normal meeting agenda, we will also hold a 50/50 raffle....with 50% going to the Club and 50% going to 1 lucky winner!  Set up begins at 4:30, we'll eat potluck at 5:30 and meeting will begin at 6:30.   ----- From the Editor: Feeling guilty and socially deprived 'cuz you didn't attend every single Drifter ride and activity in 2019? THURSDAY JAN 30  -    SPECIAL RIDE AGENDA   It’s been suggested that we ride to the Muddy River Bar & Grill in Moapa Steve will lead the ride. We’ll head down I-15 to exit 91 & then go about  1 mile to Muddy River. 65.9 miles Headed home we’ll exit at Bunkerville travel through Scenic to the lodge in Beaver Dam for a short break.   49'ers. vs   Chiefs  Hi Drifters!   It's that time of year again!  Super Bowl Sunday is a week away, February 2nd.   Once again our wonderful Margrete has offered up her lovely home for a Super Bowl Party!  Margrete's parties are always a blast!  Come get to know some Drifters members a bit better, and enjoy an exciting afternoon watching the game.
