DRIFTERS M/C ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING AND POTLUCK DINNER 2020:  

January 25, 2020 @ 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm

DRIFTERS M/C ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING AND POTLUCK DINNER 2020:  
This year our meeting will be on Saturday, January 25th at 4:30p.  Location is Mike’s man cave in Sky Mountain.  Address is:  840 N. Sky Mountain, Hurricane, USA.  Please RSVP to Lynne for Potluck items. If you have a table and/or chairs that you can bring, please let Mike know as we will need additional seating.  The Club will provide water and sodas as well as plates, napkins, cups and utensils.  BYOB if you like.  Besides the normal meeting agenda, we will also hold a 50/50 raffle….with 50% going to the Club and 50% going to 1 lucky winner!  Set up begins at 4:30, we’ll eat potluck at 5:30 and meeting will begin at 6:30.

Feeling guilty and socially deprived ‘cuz you didn’t attend every single Drifter ride and activity in 2019? Worried that most members don’t even remember your name or even what you look like? Or worse yet, you’ve grown into adulthood, ridden the world over, but never had chance to be a DRIFTER? Haven’t had a decent meal for who knows how long?  Here is your chance!!!!!!!!!!!  Attend the Drifter M/C annual business on Saturday evening, January 25th, 2020 and remedy all these misfortunes!!!!!!!!
The annual business meeting is where we do the following things……….
Enjoy another scrumptious Drifter pot luck dinner
Hear reports from our 2019 officers, committee members, and volunteers
Our treasurer reviews our club finances and suggests amount for dues going forward
Open discussion reviewing 2019 rides, monthly dinners, activities, or club policies
Collect 2020 dues and sign up new members
Welcome and introduce any new Drifters who are joining for the first time
Have nominations and vote on officers for 2020
Open discussion on plans for 2020
Discuss new businessTHERE ARE NO FOOTBALL GAMES THE WEEKEND OF JANUARY 25th!!!!!!!!!!
