Presidents Message – August Newsletter
I hope everyone is enjoying our lovely St. George summer weather. Because of the heat we’ve had lately, our recent rides have been short and left early so we get home before it gets ridiculously hot. It’s nice to get out, even for a short ride. We’ll likely have a few more of these before the summer is over.
Just a reminder on our monthly club dinners; we are meeting each month on the third Wednesday, 6:00 PM at the Washington Black Bear Diner. At 6:00 we will request a table for the number of people there.
I’m looking forward to the Colorado ride later this month. It will be nice to get out of the heat for a few days and get in some decent riding. The Derenskis have planned a really nice ride and it should be a good time.
